Hi, I’m Paige.
My background as a chief of staff for private families gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to keep a household running smoothly. From overseeing staff and coordinating busy schedules to anticipating a family’s needs, I saw how much the right people shape everyday life at home.
I learned that experience matters, but so do judgment, communication, and the ability to understand a household’s rhythm. A strong working relationship is built on trust, clear expectations, and care on both sides.
I opened Forma Staffing to bring that perspective to recruitment. I wanted to create a personal process where families feel understood and candidates are seen as individuals, with their own strengths, experience, and goals.
