Hi, I’m Paige.
My background as a chief of staff for private families gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to keep a household running smoothly. From overseeing staff and coordinating busy schedules to anticipating a family’s needs, I saw how much the right people shape everyday life at home.
I also learned that a successful placement goes beyond a resume. It takes someone who understands the family, respects their privacy, and brings care and consistency to their role.
I founded Forma Staffing to bring that perspective to the hiring process. Having worked closely with private families, I understand the trust involved in welcoming someone into your home. My goal is to make the search feel personal and thoughtful, connecting families with professionals who fit their needs and the way they live.
